1. How long does delivery take?

Most orders reach customers in 3–5 days. Remote areas may take a little longer based on the courier’s reach.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Shipping is free across India.

3. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery for select locations.

4. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link through email or SMS. This link shows live updates from the courier.

5. What should I do if I get a damaged or wrong product?

Please share an unboxing video with our support team within 24 hours. This helps us process a replacement quickly.

6. Can I return or exchange an item?

Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products within the return window of 3 days. Exchanges are available only for wrong items.

7. How long does it take to receive a refund?

After approval, refunds are processed back to the original payment source and usually reflect within 8–15 business days.

8. Do you restock items that go out of stock?

Yes. Many of our products return during weekly drops. If an item is unavailable, it may be restocked soon.
