Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change, and we aim to keep the cancellation process clear and easy to follow while ensuring smooth order handling.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You can request cancellation of your order anytime before it leaves our warehouse.

To cancel your order, contact us through one of the official support channels:

Please include your order number in your message.

If your order has not been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund within 1–2 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Requests sent through Instagram, Facebook, or any platform outside our official support channels will not be accepted.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you still want to proceed, kindly accept the delivery and raise a return request as per our Return & Refund Policy.

3. COD Order Cancellation

Some COD orders may need confirmation through phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled automatically.
Repeated cancellations may result in the COD option being disabled for your future purchases.

4. Prepaid Order Refunds

If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, we will start the refund to your original payment method (UPI, wallet, card, or net banking).
Refunds usually reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Seller Cancellations

We may cancel an order in situations such as:

  • Product out of stock

  • Incomplete or incorrect address

  • Order flagged as suspicious or high-risk by the payment gateway

You will be informed if this happens, and a full refund will be issued if payment has been made.
